Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have reportedly agreed to a divorce settlement.
The Jennifer’s Body actress and the Beverly Hills, 90210 star married in 2010, and share three children – Noah, nine, Bodhi, seven, and five-year-old Journey.
As per TMZ, the former couple did not have a prenup so by California law they are to split everything that they have acquired during their 10-year marriage. It remains to be seen whether either of them will be paying spousal or child support.
Lawyers for Green and Fox have now reached a final settlement, with a judge expected to sign off the papers shortly.
While Megan is famously dating rapper Machine Gun Kelly, Brian is seeing Dancing With the Stars pro Sharna Burgess.
