According to the Los Angeles Times , Adam Levine and his wife have just successfully sold a monumental property in the Pacific Palisades area (Los Angeles, USA) for $51 million. This is the third largest real estate sale in Southern California this year.
Huge estate that has been owned by many generations is Gregory Peck, Brian Grazer. In 2018, the leader of Maroon 5 bought this land from Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner for $ 31.95 million, meaning they made a profit of more than $ 20 million after transferring the name to the new owner.
According to the Daily Mail , Levine could even make a bigger profit because he and his wife initially put the mansion up for sale for $57 million.
The property transfer is handled by Kurt Rappaport of Westside real estate and Dalton Gomez – husband of singer Ariana Grande – in charge. The identity of the buyer has not been disclosed.

Nestled behind a long road in the Pacific Palisades’ Riviera, the property comprises three structures on more than 3 acres of land. There are a total of 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms in the nearly 1,500 square meter living space.
The main mansion was built and designed by Cliff May in the late 1930s. During their time here, Levine and Prinsloo spent a lot of money on remodeling. They hired architect Mark Rios to renovate the land, change new colors for the farm-style property.
