On May 2, Lila Moss – the daughter of famous supermodel Kate Moss – was first invited to the Met Gala red carpet taking place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, USA. Appearing at the event, the 20-year-old model wore a sophisticated stone-studded piercing design of Burberry fashion house.
Due to her thin clothes, the public recognized that Lila Moss carried an insulin injector (a device to assist people with diabetes) on her left hip and a monitor and continuous blood sugar measurement on her right arm.

In an interview with Vogue , the Gen Z model said that she has type I diabetes. Lila Moss must constantly use an insulin infusion device, control blood sugar to avoid bad consequences.
“I have diabetes, so I have to attach a device to it in case my blood sugar changes abnormally. This is something very important. I always carry it with me when I go out,” the actress said on Vogue’s In the Bag show.
Lila Moss was first seen wearing an insulin pump earlier this year. She attracted attention when appearing on the Versace catwalk of Milan Fashion Week , Italy with a machine attached to her left hip.
In the interview with The Kit , daughter Kate Moss said: “Very few people know I have diabetes. This disease cannot be seen from the outside. Only those who care will know you have it.”
